Emergency Coverage

Advanced Endodontics of Westchester, PLLC is pleased to offer an Emergency Doctor, who is dedicated to treating your emergencies the same day that your office phones with the referral.

In addition to an Emergency Doctor during business hours, Advanced Endodontics of Westchester, PLLC provides a Doctor On-Call for coverage 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week- including holidays.

Emergency Coverage Online Form

If you know that you will be out of your office for a period of days or weeks, you may use our Emergency Coverage Online Form to request our assistance in caring for your patients while you're away. We will respond to your inquiries promptly.

Technical Note:

PC Users

Our online form uses Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or greater plug-in to conveniently submit the form from home or work. Please download the free plug-in from Adobe's web site if it is not already installed on your system. It is important that you have at least version 9 of the plug-in to successfully use our online form.

Mac Users

You must open and submit the form in a Safari Browser with the latest Mac operating system. It is also important to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to submit your form to our office correctly, please download the free plug-in from Adobe's web site.
